Is buying the CD safe through your Web site? Absolutely! We use PayPal to process your credit card information. We NEVER see your credit card information if you do your transaction through PayPal. PayPal is well respected online transaction processing company that guarantees the security and privacy of your transaction.

When will my CD arrive? We ship CDs out every day - and so your order will be shipped within one business day from the time we receive your order. You should expect your order to arrive within 2 weeks. Many people receive their order much earlier. It will depend on the day it was ordered and the shipping address.
How much does it cost to ship the CD? For continental US orders, shipping/handling starts at $1.50 and increased with quantity. For orders shipping anywhere else shipping/handling starts at $3.50 and increases with quantity. We ship USPS first class.

What happens if my CD arrives damaged in the mail? We will replace any CD that arrives damaged.
Contact us immediately after you receive the order - we'll get another one out to you right away.
Can I get an autographed CD? We autograph every CD that we ship. If you want any special message put on the CD - please
contact us immediately after you've order the CD, because they are processed quickly.
